ACCESSIBILITY AT LASSALYCKAN
Lassalyckan is a large outdoor area where you can move between the stadium, the grandstand, and spectator areas further along the track. The surface and accessibility vary across different parts of the area.
WHEELCHAIRS AND OTHER ASSISTIVE DEVICES
It is possible to experience the World Cup while using a wheelchair or other assistive devices. Accessible seating and restrooms are available near the arena. Contact us, and we’ll help you plan your visit.
COMPANION
If you need an attendant during your visit, they may accompany you. Please contact us before the competition weekend if you have any questions about tickets or accessibility, and we’ll be happy to help you.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Parking for people with a disability parking permit is available adjacent to the arena.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in several places throughout the area, and accessible restrooms are located near the accessible public areas.
STROLLER
You can bring a stroller to Lassalyckan. Keep in mind that the area consists of both paved surfaces and natural terrain, so accessibility may vary depending on where you are in the area and the weather conditions. The Snölyckan area features family-friendly spaces, food service, and opportunities to take a break between races.
SAFETY ON SITE
During the competition weekend, officials and security personnel will be on site at Lassalyckan. Always follow signs, barriers, and instructions from on-site staff.
IF A CHILD GOES MISSING
If you and your child get separated, speak directly with the nearest staff member. The staff will help contact the appropriate personnel and ensure that your child is taken care of until you are reunited. A good tip is to agree on a clear meeting place with older children as soon as you arrive at the venue.
IN THE EVENT OF AN ALARM OR OTHER INCIDENT
In the event of a serious incident, you will receive information from event staff, security personnel, and through the venue’s information system. Follow the instructions provided and do not leave the area by any routes other than those designated.

Our staff will be stationed throughout Lassalyckan during the entire competition weekend. Please feel free to ask if you need help finding your way, want to know the easiest route to take, or have any other questions during your visit.
WHAT CAN YOU BRING INTO THE VENUE?
World Cup Ulricehamn is a major public event, and there are rules regarding what you can bring into the venue. Please check the latest information here before your visit.
BAGS
You can bring a small bag with the items you'll need during the day. Bags may be inspected at the entrance.
BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK
Food and drinks are available for purchase at Lassalyckan. If you'd rather bring your own food, you're welcome to do so.
CHAIRS
A small seat pad or a portable chair can be useful if you plan to watch the races along the track. Keep in mind that it must not be placed in a way that obstructs traffic or other visitors' view.
UMBRELLA
Be considerate of those around you if you use an umbrella in the spectator area. In a dense crowd, umbrellas can obstruct the view and are therefore not recommended near the track or in the stands. Rain gear is often a more practical alternative.
CAMERA
You are welcome to take photos during your visit for personal use. Professional photography and work at designated photo spots are handled through media accreditation.
DOG
Dogs are welcome in certain areas of the venue as long as they are kept on a leash and under supervision. Dogs are not allowed in the stands. Please keep in mind that there may be large crowds, loud noises, and an intense atmosphere during the competitions.
DRONES
Private drones may not be flown over the competition and spectator areas during the event. Flying in the vicinity of the arena must comply with the restrictions and permit requirements in effect during the competition weekend.
